Need advice on my new routine please?

I'm basicly changging my routine to working out each body part once per week as I feel that I am not getting enough recovery time on my current 4 day split of working out each body part twice per week.

I currently do Upper body 10-12 reps, and lower body 12-15 reps.

I am going to change to 6-8 reps as I also want to build more mass now.

My question is, how much weight (just roughly as a % or in actual weight) do you think I could try and add to my exercises for barbell's and dumbell's on my new routine with lower reps?

Impossible to say mate really. If I was you I'd lump 25% extra on the bar and see how many reps you can do.Lighten it if its too much and add more if its too light.

    Reps %1RM
    1 100
    2 95
    3 90
    4 88
    5 86
    6 83
    7 80
    8 78
    9 76
    10 75
    11 72
    12 70

    as a rough guide

so if you were doing 100kg squats for 12 reps then your 1rm would be 143 and so you should aim for 120kg for 6reps

Rough guide or not, that's absolute garbage.
