Need advice on my new routine please??

I'm basicly changging my routine to working out each body part once per week as I feel that I am not getting enough recovery time on my current 4 day split of working out each body part twice per week.

I currently do Upper body 10-12 reps, and lower body 12-15 reps.

I am going to change to 6-8 reps as I also want to build more mass now.

My question is, how much weight (just roughly as a % or in actual weight) do you think I could try and add to my exercises for barbell's and dumbell's on my new routine with lower reps?

    impossibly to say how much weight youll add. its dependant on knowing your genetics, diet, and more specific training regime.

    personally i gain more strength doing higher reps. it just works for me.

    if you're going through hell. keep going.
