Need an answer for this PLZ
Every week after i train my chest actually being the next day my chest seems to sag a bit i dont know if its where the muscle is healing or not but its so annoying.
Or i was thinkin as i dont currently do any cardio maybe i need to do some running to keep it a bit firmer
I currently do for chest
3x6-10 flat bench
3x6-8 dips or 3 sets flys
2x8-10 incline bench
I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and or what it could be.

Your chest exercises look ok, would you be able to post a pre-chest training and post-training picture for comparison?
