Need dumbbell bench help! Confused

Alright I'm not to sure if I retract my shoulders once I lay down and have my hands in line with my chest or if I should retract them once I kick up the dumbells then press up and on downward movement is when I retract my shoulders then Im ready to start pressing?

Before you start the first movement.

Try and pinch your shoulder blades together, then perform the reps.

You should feel it more in your pecs.

0o0gaz0o0 mate so what you mean is that once I lay down, which means the dumbell handles are going to be already in line with my chests and I haven't started pressing yet, so with dumbell handles(hands) in line with my chest that's when I retract? Then I start pressing?

    or

Do i retract my shoulders when I'm seated before I lay down

When you have the dumbells in your hands level with your pecs at each side of your body, when you are lying flat, before you start the movement, try and bring your shoulder blades together, then start the movement.
