Need help figuring out what to do...

Hey all---

Ok, i have asked for help before, and have had a hard time trying to describe what equipment i have or what i do to excecise. So what i have done is created an html page onto my personal domain for peopel to see real pictures, and descriptions of what i do.

Im needing help getting a better more effective routine going. My eating habbits arnt bad, so im not worried about that. But im primarily trying to work on my abs, love-handles, and chest. THe arms are getting bulkier already...But again, rather slowly...

Please read that, any advice is appreciated... Thanks a lot

    damn...i wish my swiss ball was black...looks so much cooler...anyways to give u some advice...stick to the basic compound exercises and just adapt to the equipment u have...i wouldnt go crazy on the abs...once a week like the other muscle groups is good enough...i just do the basic crunches on the swiss ball and then the double crunch wish is legs hanging and crunch at same time...i also do pilates which gets the obliques...all this is fine for me, but i dont want a thick waste so i dont go crazy training them...for the rest

    Pull
    Deadlifs
    Chins
    Bent Over Rows

    Push
    Bench
    Dips( u dont have dip bars i dont think i remember seeing them, so u can swap this with something else)
    Standing Military

    Legs
    Front Squats
    SLDL
    Weighted Crunches on swiss ball, double crunch

    most also do tricep exercises and training for calves...so u can stick tricep on push day and calves on leg day....hope some of this helps, at least give u an idea

    Well, thanks for those who liked the site.. Took me 15min to throw together... (im a web programmer) and that was more or less something quick to show you guys what i have.

    Ok, so what im reaing here, is do more cardio. Also, get some flyes in....and just keep working at it. Ill start looking at the excercises youngitalianbabe said to do also.

    I forgot to mention. Im 6'2 and way about 158. Im trying hard to gain weight, ive drank a full 10lb of NLarge2 but didnt gain but maybe 1-2lbs on that... Gaining mass is something ive been working hard on recently. Eating all the meats i can, Staying away from lots of sugar and excessive caffeines, and just trying to stay active... Hopefully that will prove to pay off soon.



    --on a side note, Saffa thanks for that GREAT website.. Thats a good resource for me...

    Forget supps bro. Eat every 3 hours. chicken breast, lean steak, egg whites, tuna, cod are all good lean protein sources. Basmati rice, brown rice, sweet potatoes are all good carb sources and of course dont forget your veg like broccoli,cauliflower,cabage and asparagus and dont forget salad with a good olive oil dressing.
    Why not try this 3 days a week;

    1 set of 20 rep squats
    2 sets bench press
    2 sets deadlifts
    2 sets of military presses
    2 sets of barbell curls.

    If you can then add in 3-4 30 minute cardio sessions a week you should manage to get a lot harder while losing fat.

    S-man, i think i can handle that... But what are deadlifts, military presses, barbell curls ? I think i know what squats are.. But do you have any websites that can tell me?

    Again, im not all that savvy with the "lingo" lol

    *im trying to do cardio 3x a week right now... Slowly building up...*
