Need help on workout

This is an idea i have and would appreciate any advice given. Just incase you wonder why ive missed some of the main exercises out il explain. I had knee trouble months back and was advised not to do squats, tried them and still a no go. Will stick to machine as told by physio. Secondly not a fan of deadlifts, yes i know they are one if not the best back exercise but never like them and alway had a bad back from it. Anyway here's my routine i thought of.....

MONDAY - CHEST & TRICEPS
Bench press 3x8
Incline db bench press 3x8
Assisted dips for tri's 3x8 (not strong enough for unassisted)
Db pullovers 3x8
Tricep pull downs 3x8

WEDNESDAY - LEGS, SHOULDERS & TRAPS
Leg extensions 3x12
Leg curls 3x12
Standing or seated calf raise 3x12
Seated military press 3x8 (prefare seated as supports my back)
Side lateral raise 3x8
Db shrugs 3x8

FRIDAY - BACK, BICEPS & ABS
Lat pulldowns 3x8
Iso-lateral seated row 3x8
Db curls 3x8
Seated cable row 3x8
Bb curls 3x8

Not sure of sets and reps like, any advice?
