Need help with deadlifts

I just started deadlifting, but i need help with my form. I remember seeing a post with links to videos on deadlifting properly but i cant find it. Does anyone know where it is? If someone could describe how to properly do deadlifts and the main factors i need to focus on that would be great. Thanks alot

Also be sure to use an overhand grip on one hand, and underhand grip on the other hand. Then switch grips for each hand next set.

This will feel really weird at forst, but will soon become comfortable and will enable you to lift a lot heavier.

Another tip, is keep the bar close to your legs through the entire movement.

pop, why do you swap grips? Ive always held the bar left hand under right hand over and never been told to swap. What benefits are there?
