Need help with diet

Hey i was wondering if someone would be so kind as to help me out with my diet. Im currently 196lbs, 6ft 5" and wanting to bulk. Ive read through ToxicToffe's Mass Gaining article however not sure of cals and protein amount needed per day for someone who is my weight etc? My diet at the moment, well not very good i can say. Something like in the article would suit myself really. Maby you could help me ToxicTofee? Appreciate any help. Thanks

the diet is for the average guy TBH, just adjust the amounts to your stats

ie 1.5g per lb of bodyweight for protein and see what carbs you need in realtion to your daily tasks

as stated mate, if you want it re-written to your requirements contact either james or I for professional advice on nutrition and training as linked below
