Need more energy!!!

Im on my feet all day at work and walking/running nearly nonstop. When i get home i really have to force meself to actually get any lifting or cadio done so can any1 recomend a energy supplement that works well?.

My mates bought some sorta testosterone producing supps and ses that they have giv him bucket loadsa energy. Had a look and saw Reflex Nutrition Bulgarian Tribulus on the net. Any one know of any side effects to this kinda stuff and wether it works?
Wot bout GEN HumanoVar?think thats wot me mates got.

    No real side effects to worry about with such products.

    However I don't see them increasing your energy.. you may be better simply increasing your carb intake (make sure they are complex ones), having an isotonic drink or consider using caffeine tablets.

    strong coffee about half an hour before your workout can help

    possible some caffiene pills could help they are dirt cheap.
    one pill is like 200mg so if you pop just one 30mins before a workout you should be fine.
    prolab caffiene seem to be pretty popular. about £7 for 100 so even if you have 1 a day before workouts they will still last like 3 months.

    Taurine is excellent for pre-workout as well.

    Taurine also has other strength/recovery benefits as well as a pick me up effect.

    caffine is always good, i use it alot in one way or another pre-workout.

    it does have that effect but i only use it on workout days and just drink sh+t loads during my session and i dont have any problems.

    cheers lads i mite try sum caffeine pills then, Holland and barret sell em?
    Am i right in thinking a diuretic can cause dehydration or am i thinking of sumat else?

    A diuretic will basically make you pass more liquid so can cause dehyration. Caffien is not that severe and as long a you have maybe a litre while traing and 4 litres during th day you should be fine

    I don't know about HnB for caffeine, but all pharmacies sell pro-plus.
