Need solid advice cycle advice

Hi Guys,
 
If you're patient enough to read through this... I'd be super appreciative for some solid advice from seasoned knowledge buffs.
 
I've done to-date around 6 cycles in my life. I'm 40 now (the pics attached are of me now). I want to use gear responsibly (including PCT). I don't want huge gains. I'd rather have a fit healthy full look. Don't need to be super ripped. And for my body type (tall, long muscle - ectomorph) I'm ok with not being The Hulk. If you can see my pictures... you'll see that I've got a tummy bump that won't seem to go anywhere (wanna destroy that) ...and my muscles in general look very flabby and lazy (used to have a great hard chest). Ideally I'm looking to be able to do this sustainably for longer... and not kill myself in the process.
 
My first cycle showed great results (full first cycle detail below). I got greedy and wanted the feeling of being on cycle for longer... so I pushed from 10 weeks, to 12 weeks, to 16 weeks, to 20 weeks (per new cycle). Needless to say the last cycle didn't show great results. Another point, the guy I buy my gear from suggested I take Cabergoline and Anastrazole during cycle.
 
Considering the last cycle not showing great results I have some questions before stocking up on supplies for my next cycle:
(1) Did taking Cabergoline and Anastrazole during my cycle just cancel out the effects of the testo-boosting stuff I was taking? Is it really needed DURING cycle?
(2) Is 16 to 20 weeks too long on cycle? would I get better results on just a short 10 to 12 weeks?
(3) Have I been taking gear that's conflicting with each other... i.e. taking bulking and cutting items together... confusing the body?
 
Here are a 2 different cycle combinations I've tried:
 
A) First variation
 
Week 1
 
2ml Depo-Testosterone (Cypionate)
*
1 Proviron upon waking up (only on training days - 4 to 5 days a week)
*
3 Dianabol (30 mins before training)
 
Week 2
 
1ml Deca
1ml Sust
*
1 Proviron upon waking
1 Diana upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training
 
Week 3
 
1ml Deca
1ml Sust
1ml Depo
*
1 Proviron upon waking
1 Diana upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training
2 Turanabol (2 x 10mg pills)
 
Week 4
 
1ml Deca
1ml Sust
*
1 Proviron upon waking
1 Diana upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training
3 Turanabol (2 x 10mg pills) - supposed to increase to 3 Diana, but Diana too strong for me… so I increased by 1 Turanabol
 
Week 5 (Program can be extended to 8 weeks… if so, I repeated week 5)
 
1ml Deca
1ml Sust
*
1 Proviron upon waking
1 Diana upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training
3 Turanabol (2 x 10mg pills) - supposed to increase to 3 Diana, but Diana too strong for me… so I increased by 1 Turanabol
 
Week 6
 
2ml Depo
1ml Deca

1 Proviron upon waking
1 Turanabol upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training (running low on Dianabol - Bertus confirmed 1 blue Dianabol = 1 Turanabol …can substitute them)
2 Turanabol (2 x 10mg pills) - reduce week, so reduced Turanabol by 1
 
Week 7 / 8
 
1ml Deca
*
1 Proviron upon waking
*
2 Diana 30 min before training
 
(I added in an extra 1ml Sust).
 
 
Balance back (PCT)
 
10 x Kessar (1 a day - or equivalent treatment)
 
B) Second variation
 
Daily
1 x proviron (sex drive) 
Half pill every 3 days - Caber (anti bitch tits and sex drive)
Half pill Arimidiex every 3 days (to balance oestrogen)
 
Training day pills
1 x Anavar (cut fat)
2 x T-bol  (build muscle)
 
Weekly injections
1ml deca (20 weeks)
1ml test cyp (20 weeks)
 
Any advice MUCH appreciated!

Well that was an over complicated dogs dinner of a cycle, you don't need more than one compound, you need to sort your training and diet out ref " my muscles in general look very flabby and lazy'.
 
Let's get another thing sorted steroids don't "cut fat" a calorie deficit and cardio does, AAS are used on a cut by bodybuilders to help maintain muscle mass while in a calorific deficit and orals such as Winny are used towards the end of the cut when their bf is in single figures to help harden the muscles before a comp.
 
 
Keep things simple 12 weeks of Test @ 400-500mg ew 
Have some extra Nolva to hand incase of any gyno signs
 
PCT to start 2 weeks after your last shot
Weeks 1-2 Nolva 40mg ed
Weeks 3-4 20mg ed
Weeks 5-6 10mg ed
 
If you can't grow like a weed and keep a lot of your gains from the above your gear is bunk or training is half arsed or your diet is whack or a combination of all three.

It looks like you are pyramiding all your gear instead of just starting it all at once in week 1 you want to add things in each week, also I noticed you have body fat issues you don't like your belly and want to destroy it well Mate dianabol won't help you there , dbol is purely for bulking up it makes my belly bloat right out , legit anavar is no1 oral steroid for cutting fat mate it does work I went from fat belly to six pack in less than 4 weeks with anavar and low carb diet, and there is no need for test c AND sus just choose one or the other and use 500mg per week with 500mg of DECA per week and 100mg of Anavar daily(for 1st and last 4 weeks) for 10-12 weeks, that is a good lean bulking cycle with little to no side effects at least for me there would be no sides, I can't comment on Tbol as I've never used it, also proviron I've never used it but if you lack energy and motivation then maybe it could help you I would take someone else's opinion on that who is experienced with the stuff , but all in all start evrything your using from week 1 don't waste time bro , use either sus or test e/c no need for both, use orals for no longer than 6 weeks without a break... And what is your diet like ?? Hope this helps a bit mate and good luck .😉

Silent Rep is right tho mate a simple beginner cycle with solid diet and training is plenty for you to double in size in 10-12 weeks , my opinion is use your Sus and Deca for 10-12 weeks st 500mg split into 2 injections Monday/Thursday , I would like yo see your diet and training routine maybe that's where you need the most advice bro post it up and we will try and help pal ...

Firstly... RE diet... this is what I need to change... too much sugar and junk. Secondly training... been sticking to the same routine for too long. WILL change both.
 
I'll do the juice to bulk up... and if I fix the diet the situation should improve.
The viles I buy are 250mg/10ml (around £30 for Sustanon per vile, £35 for Deca per vile). Are you saying I need 4 viles a week?
2 viles of deca and 2 viles of Sus per week (to get to the 500mg dosage). Split on Mon then Thurs.
That's £130 a week just on the injectables. Or am I getting the calculations wrong here?
 
Thank you for the offer of diet analysis, I'm pretty much aware where I fall down here. Beer, pizza, chocolate etc. I'll change this.
 
Silent rep: excuse the ignorance but what does the 'ed' stand for after "Nolva 40mg ed"? and the 'ew' after "Test @ 400-500mg ew" please?

Hey buddy ew = each week and ed = every day
 
Personally like I posted i'd run 400-500mg of Just ew and leave the deca for your next cycle you don't need it and can cause "Deca dick" and shut you down hard..keep things simple, work hard keep your diet tight and see how to respond to one of the best cycles known, see if you have any gyno signs (if you don't then you don't need to take an harsh anti cancer drugs like Adex or Nolva etc not worth taking those just for sh*ts and giggles) how ever do have some Nolva to hand just incase but unlikely on the dosages above, also you can gauge how you recover from the cycle.

I think you should train hard and eat good...revisit this idea in a year...
You can do a lot lot lot more naturally.

You don't have 2 vials of sust and 2 vials of deca per week, that would be madness!
 
If the vial says 250 it means 250mg per 1ml. 300 would mean 300mg per 1ml.
 
Therefore Sust250 would be 250mg/ml, a 10ml vial means you have 10 x 1ml shots. 500mg/week is 2 jabs a week (mon/thurs) meaning a vial will last you 5 weeks. A 10 week cycle requires 2 vials.
 
Same goes for the deca, although you prob don't need that for your first cycle.

Also, diet needs to be good, and what your training plan like?

Thanks HoM3R_j4y... and silent rep. That explanation of vile dosage really helps. I bought 3 viles of Sust350 now whilst I was in Mexico. I was thinking of doing 2ml a week for 15 weeks. So that's 700mg a week. That ok?
 
Also bought 3 bottles of D-bol (80 tabs per bottle 25mg strength). Going to do 2 tabs of D-bol per training day for the 15 weeks. Sound good?
 
Leaving the deca out.
 
Also bought Nolvadex, just not exactly sure how to know when/if to start taking it? How does one know exactly?
 
Training looks like this:
 
Mon: Chest
Tues: Shoulders
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Bi's and tri's
Fri: Back
 
6 different exercises per work out. Each exercise = 4 sets ...8 to 20 reps (depending on muscle group, large muscle like chest/back = heavy of 8 to 12 reps, smaller muscle like shoulder/calve = still heavy-ish bit higher reps like 12-20).

Dosage i'd run 1.5ml (525mg) of the Sust ew that's more than enough to make huge gains first cycle without courting any sides and tbh after 12 weeks gains start to tail off quickly. 
 
Dbol is hep toxic and even 50mg ed is on the largish size so...Either 25 or 50mg ed weeks 1-4 then 50mg ed for the last 4 weeks of your cycle if needed, the break in the middle is to let your liver recover and make sure you drink plenty of water 4ltrs a day+.
 
PS what's your PCT plan?

The Dbol feel during exercise is quite nice. How about I reduce to 25mg ed? (5 days a week, 1 tab before training, 15 weeks). Sounds like a rather harmless dose for the duration of the cycle? (I'm 1.85m tall... 90kg)
 
I could counter act the hep toxic by adding in milk thistle, beetroot, grapefruit juice etc.? (from article online below)
 
I bought a box of Nolvadex for PCT... not sure on the doses though? (from LondonAnabolics.com I used to buy a great PCT from ROHM which was tabs 30mg 120 tabs (Tabs are a combination of three substances which are Nolvadex, Clomid and PT141 Sex hormone) ...unfortunately I see their website is now down?
