Need some diet help !!

Right i'm one of those people that puts on weight very easily - i've always been quite stocky and bulking has never been a problem. The only thing is if I eat every 3hrs the foods that most others do my weight soars !!
Anyway thinking about doing a cycle in a month or so - so I want to make sure I can keep the most gains
Here is my typical diet but please bear in mind that I try to find a happy medium - enough protein etc.. without piling on the weight :

7.00 - Whey in water
7.15 - weetabix / oats ( am sticking with oats from now on )
7.30 - banana
12.00 - chicken sandwiches on granary bread, apple and banana
5.30 - tin of tuna
7.30/8 - PWO Whey in water
8.30 - chicken and 2 veg
10.00 - whey in milk

Also about 4/5 litres of water a day - I get very thirsty lol
Is this ok ?

Cheers

Bump - just to confirm a few things - I am training for mass but like I said put on weight very easily so just wondering if that diet would support me when a do a cycle ? Or if I shud go for much smaller amounts more often ? Although food at work can be a pain when not on dinner break ?

Oh and i'm 5'9 at just over 190lb

    Cheers

Looks good to me, but I would reccomend bulking up and getting qulity muscle then cut, not do both you will get better results trust me, I used to believe I could lose fat and gain muscle didnt gain much at all. This year I bulked now im cutting hit 10% bodyfat and looking better then Ive ever looked, got great advice from the guys on this board. If your worried about gaining fat add some cardio. But the main thing is to eat up

I've tweaked a few things (all personal opinion here mate)

    7.00 - Whey in water
7.30 - weetabix / oats and/or banana <- skip the banana or have it with oats and add protein
12.00 - chicken sandwiches on granary bread, apple and banana
5.30 - tin of tuna, (assuming training is coming up have carbs here)
7.30/8 - PWO Whey in water
    8.30 - chicken and 2 veg
    10.00 - whey in milk

include some EFA's, up your carbs a bit as well if your gonna cycle and bulk (im estimating around 120 carbs are being eaten), protein seems low

    big space between 7:30 - 12:00 - 5.30
    chort space between 8.30-10.00

but i would really need to know your stats before advising accuratley

Cheers Ruff - Think I get worried about putting the weight on because I do so easily and it takes a LOT of cardio to cut back down ! Think maybe the key is just less more often ? What sort of amounts would you say ?
Stats wise like I say 5'9 190lb lift heavy on a 2day split poss going back to 3 day in few months, want to start a cycle in a few months also which is why I want to get my diet nailed. Any other info you want ?

    Cheers
