Need to put on weight

need to put on weight so people say eat, but i do!!lol
can people who take time to read this list for me what foods to eat but be specific pls. some people say rice,tuna,pasta,kfc,etc but i need a larger list. not going to lie im skinny and my legs are a disgrace and as for my chest, lets not go there. i need some beef on my body and im sure you friendly people can help but specificly tellin me what to eat, right? oh where aremy manners happy new year every1

    mate i have just put on 2 stone in 4 mths and i was a hardgainer ( no gear ), u have to eat , and alos plenty of protein, alos lift heavy and u will grow........................

    i agree mate but i did also give up smoking fags and weed to help me gain the 2 stone.....

    specific meals? heres a couple

    1 glass milk, 1-2 can of beans, lots of bread, salad
    4 slices (slightly toasted) bread, 8 tables spoons PB, some Jam for sweetness
    3 cups of peas
    huge pile of walnuts and almonds with a glass of soy milk
    4 vegetable burgers
    can of chickpeas with side of beans and soydogs

    some meat dishes....

    chicken with two large potatoes and side of beans
    massive bowl of pasta with 1 can salmon and 1 can tuna
    massive bowl of rice with salmon or tuna
    boiled eggs sandwich
    beef stew and potatoes

    Bro 6-8 meals is wot its bout. here's an example of a meal plan

    10.30-oats with jam
    PB sandwhich
    Banana

    12.30- Sandwhich with turkey and houmous spread
    fruit salad

    2.30- Brown rice with fish of somesort and veg

    5.30- 2 banana's, 2 glasses skim milk with skim milk powder

    6.30 train

    7.15- yams, fish or chicken, salad, rice, yoghurt,

    10.15- wholewheat cereal with skim milk

    11.00 half cup of cottage cheese, and half cup of almonds

    If you dont have time for 6 meals have 3-4 meals, then sip this constantly throughout the day.

    1 litre skim milk
    2 banana's
    2 table spoons peanut butter
    3-5 tablespoons skim milk powder
    1-2 scoops whey or mass gainer from chemical nutrition or reflex
    blend all together and pour into flask, an jus sip throughout the day. Mind you its gonna be a bit thick(....Alright very thick)

    try nlarge2 in the blender, or add calorie packed foods to your postworkout shake in the blender as well, eat 6 times a day and follow each meal with a gainer shake
