Needing a workout....3 days or 4 days....

Well i'm in the offseason right now and I am on a high intake food diet that i've been working with a couple of weeks now. But I would like to see what you guys think of on a program. Right now i'm doing the Bigger Faster Stronger program, but I would like to know what muscles to work what day and auxilary lifts I can do on those days. Any help would work and be appreciated. I'm looking to gain 20 lbs and have till August. Also if you have any other good diets, supplements, or anything else that will work then please tell me.

    Welcome to the forum. Check out the "need a routine?" sticky in the bodybuilding routines section for a good routine. As far as diet goes you need go no further than the diet and nutrition areas to find out more. If you have any other questions that are unanswered in those places just keep on posting more questions yourself and plenty of people will be happy to help.
