What nutrients do you want your meals to include?

Also, you can never escape tax!

Pre mix, cook and put in fridge, what I do when I need to nip out to work straight after the gym

2 tins tuna, 1 scoop whey, 2 spoons honey, 2 spoons peanut putter, half onion, carrot, cup oats, spoons mustard. Mix all up into a paste, then grill.

(not my original recipe, but can't remember whos it is, I just added honey etc)

Tuna, wholemeal toast, low sugar baked beans?

    microwave sweet potato, tuna, salad

I've posted a Tuna Wrap idea that I like is quick and easy to make and it won't break the bank either. Alternatively you can try Toxic Tofee's Weight Gainer Shake:

    • 150ml skimmed milk
    • 200ml water
    • 40g peanut butter
    • 30g whey
    • 20g oats
    • Halh banana (the greener the better)

I drink it mid-morning and mid-afternoon and it keeps me going between meals. (Hope you don't mind me posing it here TT
