RE: Needing quick meals!!
Pre mix, cook and put in fridge, what I do when I need to nip out to work straight after the gym
2 tins tuna, 1 scoop whey, 2 spoons honey, 2 spoons peanut putter, half onion, carrot, cup oats, spoons mustard. Mix all up into a paste, then grill.
(not my original recipe, but can't remember whos it is, I just added honey etc)
Tuna, wholemeal toast, low sugar baked beans?
microwave sweet potato, tuna, salad
