RE: Negatives- Good or Bad?
It sounds harsh but what was presented is a classic chest routine used by bodybuilders and a low rep and or set (my personal preference) BB bench preceding flyes etc isn't the way to go. Most here do very specific work with a few adding in some Westside tricks (board and floor presses for example) as a means of more bench power. The rare few that use flyes would do so only if they felt a weakness could be strengthened by such a movement. A quick look, as per Supermicks suggestion at any similar athletes sites will not throw up a routine like that suggested and with good reason.
