Neo's Journal

Okay, I have been back to training now for the past 4 months. I had already done alot of base work prior to a back injury 18 months ago, however, over that period I gained a few unwanted pounds, 42 to be honest.

I have lost 17 pounds in the last 10 weeks and now sit at 223lbs with about 16.5% bodyfat, although I am a lot more muscular these days.

This is my current diet:

6:30am
3/4 Cup of Raw Oats with Rasisn and Nuts
150ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
1 Scoop Whey in 200ml Water
1 Multi Vit

9:30am
1 Banana
2 Scoops Whey in 500ml Water

12Pm
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice or Cous Cous
Medium Salad or Cottage Chees
1 tblsp Olive Oil
500ml Water

1:30pm
1 Apple
500ml Water

3pm
1 Tin Tuna in Sunflower Oil (Drained, 180gms)
3 Slices of Wholemeal Bread or 200g Boiled Potatoes
500ml Water
1000mg Vit C Time Release

4pm 1 Small Orange

4:30pm
1 Cup of Black Filtered Coffee (no, sugar or sweetner)

5pm Train (1ltr Water)

6:30pm
2 Scoops Pro-Recover

7:30pm
1 Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup of either, Brown Rice, Pasta, Cous Cous or Boiled Potatoes
Veg
1 Small Glass of Semi-Skimmed Milk

9:30pm
1 Boiled Egg or 1 Scoop Whey

10:15pm
Bed

(No PWO shake on off days)

Weekends are a little different as I may substitute Breakfast for an Oat Pancake made with 4 Eggs, 3 Whites 1 Whole.

I have 1 Cheat Meal per week, which I work toward on a Saturday Evening. This is usually a Stonebaked Pizza with Wild Rice, 1 Can of Coke and a slice of Cheese Cake

Thanks James, means alot coming from you. By the, yout e-book is pretty good, I have read through it a few times and it has stopped me from purchasing some very dodgy stuff like Gabba.

Now at 218lbs (previously 223lbs). Feeling great, seems to be just enough carbs to keep me going.

Had a great workout today and I am looking forward to a slice of Cheesecake tonight.

    Cheers
