New 4 day split?

Hi guys, I'm looking for some suggestions for a new 4 day split? Recently I have been doing
Monday- chest, rear delts & traps
Tuesday- quads & biceps
Thursday- Hamstrings & shoulders
Friday- Triceps, calfs & back..

At the moment I am dieting to lower my bodyfat, but 2 really weak areas are my chest and calfs. All suggestions welcome, thanks.

I've used this as a 4 day split in the past.....Never really like the idea of seperating rear delts from the other shoulder routine so i always train them together....

    Mon-Chest,tri's
    Tues-Quads,hamstrings
    Thurs-Back,bi's
    Fri-Shoulders,calves

not to keen on it myself, but may be good for you, imo is always worth trying out new things, it may give you a massive lift in your training, if not then go to something different.

As i said would definately give it a go before letting my or anyone elses opinion sway you, what works for some people may not work for others so always worth giving new things a try aas may unlock a new door (so to speak)

Give the split a go and see how things go.
