    Good luck with the gym

Fantastic pics of the owner and how he developed over 3 years. What is really motivating is that he was 47 at the time so age is not a barrier. Before and After

Suggest you run a spell checker on the web-site though

Nice one. I work at University of Chichester and have done a bit of training down FF. Good to see a weights gym in the local!

Cool. I have a mate who's a pt down there. Craig? I've not been in touch for a few months. Plus I was at uni with Steve Gent. He was about 2 years ahead of me.

I've just moved into the area, and literally live about 5minutes walk from the Foundry, i happened to drive past the other saturday and saw the sign on the road mentioning it, I wasn't sure what type of gym it was, I currently go to Cannons in chichester which is ****.
I'm overweight and looking to lose the fat and then build some muscle, thsi gym sounds perfect for me, the only problem is.... i'm to self concious to go down :( i've never been to a 'proper' gym before and never done a proper deadlift or squat :/

People who go, can you just re-assure me that i'm being a total idiot and should man up and go down? Are the people friendly/helpful down there and also is it busy?

    Thanks

    Cheers for the help Simon

I went and met Kevin on sunday for a chat and look around, I signed up (obviously!) and must admit Kevin is probably one of the nicest guys i've ever met, very helpful, very motivational and i'm looking forward to start training in a proper gym!
