New Bulking Diet, any tips?
Gonna be start my bulking again soon, here is what i have come up with
08:00 - Bran Flakes + Sultanas + Milk + Whey in Water
10:30 - Turkey portion plus Slice turkey breast + Banana
13:30 - Large Tuna Roll on Gannery + Apple
15:00 - Turkey Portion plus slic of turkey breast + Plum or Pear
17:15 - Training for 1 hour (Mon, Weds, Fri)
19:00 - Protien based meal with Veg or Salad + OJ
22:00 - Whey in milk + Nuts
Im 72.5kg and 183cm tall, i have been training solid for like 4 months now, but got an injury and used the time to cut for my holiday. So will be starting this after holiday.
The turkey potion is fried in Water with Cajun spice, and is about 100 grams
What do you think? I Still need to work out nutrition in this lot so thought i would ask before i did!
