New DBOL Cycle, and need some advice
I am midway through my DBOL Cycle, here is what I am doing:
6 Week Cycle:
for first 3 weeks: 40 mgs DBOL/daily
For last 3 weeks: 50 mgs DBOL/daily
I am going to start PCT in week 5, starting with NOLVA first for 2 weeks, and then finishing off with 3 weeks of CLOMID on the second week of Nolva.
T6: 550mg capsule/twice daily from week 4.
Thermo-extreme (thermogenic blend): before workouts
Creatine: 2.1mg before and after workout (total 4.2mg)
Strangely my appetite seems to be slowing down with each week, I try to have two solid meals a day (Breakfast: 3 egg omelette or a bowl of cereal. Dinner: Varied, an example would be half a cup of rice, and a salmon steak). I also have two protein shakes. My two Protein Shakes are roughly 3,300 calories, with about 112g of protein and 39g fat, 350g carbs, with one always post work out.
Height: 170 cm
Body fat: 20%
4 times a week, one hour sessions:
Session 1: Chest
Session 2: Legs
Session 3: Shoulders
Session 4: Back
The main problem is that I am now struggling to put on weight, I have been advised to bridge with either Boldenone or Equitest to help push up my weight gain. My main goal is to put on 10kg within 4-5 weeks, and a body fat of 10-15%. Ultimately I want a dense, cut physique rather than just "big".
What would people recommend, and what do people think of my plan so far?
