New Diet Plan
Hi all. Need some advice on creating a lean bulking diet plan.
Currently 22
5 Foot 10
165 Ibs
14 - 16% Body Fat
I will be undertaking a D-Bol course for 6-8 weeks @ 50 Mg
I currently Eat the following:
7.00 am
3 Eggs with toasted Granary teacake
10.30/11.00
200g of Chicken/Turkey
2 Oatcakes w/Peanut Butter
Banana
2.00/2.30
2 Oatcakes w/peanut Butter
100g Chicken/Turkey
5.30/6.00
200g Chicken/Lean Steak
Steamed Broccoli
Cup of Peas
8.30/9.00
100g Chicken/Turkey
This is more or less just a maintenance diet, and i do realise i will have to add additional supplements in here and there, any advice on what to add and change would be much appriciated, aswell as pre/post workout nutrition as an additional.
Thanks.

50mg of d-bol sounds a bit to much to me.
diet needs more carbs id say if bulking, and if you sort out the meal times a bit better you could get another meal in making it 6 insead of 5
