I work back from my base line of 1.5g protein per lb of lean mass
divvy that up by each time I have protein and then get that from wholefoods for about 70-80 of the total whenever possible

Looks a bit light on Omega 3s.

    Flax oil, seeds, fish liquids.

Doesnt the 5 Fish oil caps cover it? I could have 3 twice a day with meals if thats better, I also ocasionally substitute sardines on toast for the cottage cheese on toast.

5 fish oil caps covers base EPA/DHA requirements BUT its better to have more n3/EPA/DHA if your diet is high on n6 fats

(which they generally are in the western world)
