New Female to MT : )
Thought I would give a quick intro, I am sure I have some of you as my friends on Facebook,

Straight into in....I am currently building more muscle right now,
On a 'bulk' ( gives you an indication I am not competing in bikini or toned figure) and will be starting my prep at the beginning of Feb for 12 weeks to hit my first competition, I then have 5 weeks till the MT comp which again I shall be entering and further plans to hit a few more!
The aim.....kill them all!!!
I will be starting a journal tomorow to which I shall add pictures.
And you can find out more about the training I am doing , what I look like although we will be under wraps come

It will be great to pick up new advice and tips and to help
Any females or males where I can! I do have a coach and we have just started some
Intense training to nail those lagging muscles....so my training and diet is no longer in my own hands.....to give you a brief summary 10weeks ago I was sat at 60kg and about 5% bf,
We are now 73kg with no more then 12% bf.
I am holding water as to be expected but come prep we wil strip that.
The aim now is to get no heavier then 75kg otherwise we are getting a little overweight and to keep as lean as possible.
Cutting for me is no issue and I will not be doing cardio for prep ; )
I will go I to further detail in my journal but for Those that know me
I have had issues with a super fast metabolism and have been eating 6000calories clean minimum!
