PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW JOURNAL WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE.
The ideal of a training journal is so that you can constantly monitor your progress, success, failures, changes, gains, losses, whatever over a long period of time. They are meant to be here for you to come back to over and over and review what have changed and what needs changing for years, not weeks of months.
How will you and others be able to assess your training and diet and bodybuilding/powerlifting/weightlifting life style if you only have 3 months at a time and then start a new journal?????
From now on new journals at the change of a routine will be deleted and the old one bumped. If you can't find your old journal then you need to increase the date option at the bottom of the page to increase the period of time for which you can view posts.
Please stick to one journal.
