Hey everyone,

My name is Wendy, I was looking for some training and bodybuilding forums and came across this one. I am looking into toning up my body and I feel like right now is the best time for me because I just went through a rough patch in my life and I want to look at the top of my game. I would love to chat with some new people!

    Hey wendy

If your rough patch had anything to do with relationships then I was just the same and exercising was a great way to take the mind off things. Dopamine production occurs via exercising and eating well, and it's this that elevates ones mood and energy levels. Certainly did the trick for me!
