New PB push press - 122.5Kg.

Took me 3 attempts. Very pleased. I'm going to try to improve on it again next week.

    Well done mate! I can only dream of that at the mo, its by far my worst event! Working on it though; improved by 30kg since February when I started Strongman training.

    good work man! Overhead PBs are the best - straight after deadlift pbs

    Still too technical for me!!

    I'd say push press is my 2nd strongest gym lift, after dead lift. I don't have great shoulders/triceps (although I'm working on it), but I can get a good drive from the legs and have good timing. My wrists don't like it though!
