New Routine, Please Critique :) (check it out Toxic)
Hey guys, I made a post not long ago that got lost in the flood of threads that have come in. I was hoping to get some info on the new routine I have worked out, whether its good or bad, and how it can be improved.
My first workout was thrown out after I read ToxicToffee's beginner workout guide, but I wanted to make sure I grasped all the right ideas before I committed to it long term. Here it is as it stands so far.
3 day cycle, followed by a day of rest, then begin the cycle again.
All sets 5x5.
Day 1 (or "A" day, as its labeled on my excel spreadsheet :) ).
Abdominal Curls (machine)
Incline Dumbell Press
Shoulder Dumbell Raises
Tricep Pull Downs
Pectoral Fly (machine)
Full Ups (start with weights on floor, stand up, curl, then raise above head, then back down, repeat)
The full ups thing was kinda a name I made up for some great compound exercise that I really like. Anyway, please critique a lot! I wanna know if I'm on the right track.
