New Start Diet....

I think the least said about the diet I posted before the better, any thoughts on what I am doing below? 22 yrs old, 6 ft 188 pound and looking to gain muscle and loose fat.

Midday – 250g of chicken breast/2 boiled eggs with a can of tuna in brine and a large salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, Celery, Peppers, Radishes, Cress etc etc) 0% fat Greek yoghurt with Sesamin and Grenade non training days tablet.

16.00pm – 2 oat cakes, fruit and Grenade

5pm – Boditronics Express Whey 1 scoop and MyProtein BCAA

Creampure, Glutamine and MyProtein BCAA directly after training.

Up to half an hour after training – Dinner of large fresh veg or salad and at least 200g of high protein meat/fish ie chicken, low fat mince, prawns, cod etc etc with brown rice or wholegrain pasta (30-40g serving) and sesamin tablet.

10pm -10.30pm – Boditronics Express Whey 1 scoop, BSN lean Dessert or 250g Quark mixed with options hot chocolate.

Training

Sunday – 7.2k jog
Monday – Chest and Triceps
Tuesday – 20 min jog before breakfast and fat burner mode for 60mins on exercise bike
Wednesday – Legs and Shoulders
Thursday – 7.2k jog
Friday – Back and Biceps
Saturday – fat burner mode for 60mins on exercise bike

I have quite a few CNP Pro-Flapjacks which I could do with using up, I was thinking of having them as either my 9am or 4pm meal. Should I go for one or two bars?

Cheers

It's ok, but a bit too supplement focused for my liking.  Vary choices more and up the fruit and veg
