Try not to measure the effectiveness in terms of how pumped your arms are many people gauge how good a workout was based on the pump or sore afterwards. Heavy weights + Suitable Rep Range + Good Form - this is the recipe for results!
So are you basing your need to do 3 tri and 4 bi exercises on past experiences of using less exercises and a lower rep range, i.e. 3x6 or just by the way it feels?
The above workouts by Rob and Voivod would be far more effective than what you have suggested above.
