When I see guys enduring gruelling workouts at 6am I kinda think we've all got a little bit of that. I mean you got to be a bit driven to be doing it. We're not getting paid for it nor training for the Olympia but like most I love it. I'm healthy and stronger than my otherwise lazy self would be and as long as it doesn't impact your life than those around you negatively it's all good imo.  Once you don't takes things to extremes.

    Good article James.
It always brings up in my mind, some of the comments raised.

    1. What is the difference between some of the traits and, being driven
    2. Many people are embarrassed by their bodies and don't want to let others see.
    3. If you played Sunday league football and didn't go to a Sunday lunch due to footie, how is that different to giving up other social activities to train...

Muscle Dismorphia - for most a meaningless phrase invented by a pencil neck lacking the drive for physical self improvement

Because Sunday league football is at a fixed time on a fixed day that you have to adhere to if you want to participate, but you can train whenever you want?
