New article: Glutamine Peptides in Protein Supplement Powders

I have written a new article:
Glutamine Peptides in Protein Supplement Powders

There have been a few issues this year regarding these ingredients in protein supplements.  I have covered some of these issues in my article here.

Any queries or points for discussion, please post here.

What tests are they doing?  The anti-gliadin antibody test is indicative, but not conclusive.  The definite test is a rectal biopsy which isn't fun!
