New bulk whey company

Was flicking through muscle and fitness in tesco and saw an advert for ****, never heard of them before they sell bulk products and seem to have some good prices, anyone know if its the same **** supplement co that had the dot com domain a few years back?

MP don't seem to be price matching as yet. Heres the link anyway.

£59.99p for 5kg unflavoured isolate. I get mine from MP for £8.44p delivered (20kg size though). Don't know anywhere cheaper than this!

Also they don't state if it's CFM or ion exchange isolate. However they do say " The best type of isolate is made in New Zealand." Well Fonterra pretty much have a monopoly of whey production in New Zealand so I'm assuming that's where they're soured from. Fonterra's isolate is ion exchanged. Not preferable to CFM. http://www.brinkzone.com/articles/the-whey-it-is/

    With regards to the website...

    All in one:
Per serving 60g/2 scoops: 30grams of protein, 5g creatine, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, 1 gram of HMB

What's the other 29g's? Doesn't state any carbs...

Barry you had a good, no nonsense selection of products. I take it you wouldn't even bother going back to selling, even just within your locality?

No Indie, it takes up a lot of time and it's just not worth it to be honest. If you look at wholesale prices and the cut throat retail prices it's just not viable really. BBW are doing 4kg flavoured wpc for £40 with MP price beating them with 5kgs. Great for customers I agree and I have used the price matcher myself but the truth is there's no money in selling whey at these prices. You need a big variety of products to make up for what have become loss leaders almost! And that takes plenty of investment...money, time, advertising, energy etc. Even selling locally while being a little cheaper than delivering would still be not worth it financially and it takes up a lot of time!

Will wait to see if it gets some decent reviews from any MT users before using, but seems pretty good, would be interested on taste though, one of the reviews says its pretty tasteless, but guessing they took the unflavoured
Site offers free next day delivery too by the looks of it which is always nice

I was looking at that at one point but decided against it because of the ratios - 23 grams of protein and 11 grams of carbs per serving, not great imo. Better choices available elsewhere. You can get it for £34.99 at Supplement Centre too.
