New diet it’s been way overdue!!
Well it’s been a long time since I’ve been on here and honestly, I haven’t trained in a few years at all and I’ve not followed any kind of diet.
Current stats are
33 years old
EST 23% bf
Aim is to get training again and really add some mass or convert 83kg into a leaner 83kg. I know I’ll naturally drop by if nutrition is coming from the right food sources,
I currently have no training plan so will be looking for advice on this too.
Ok diet so far in my head
Brekky - shake made of 50g oats, tbsp peanut butter, 30g whey, handful blueberries and 250ml skimmed milk and 100ml water.
Snack - Apple, 1oz almonds.
Lunch - 120g chicken or tin of tuna, sweet potatoe, spinach, 2 tablespoons natural yogurt and salad.
Snack - my protein meal replacement shake.
Dinner - chicken or steak 100g , lots of veg and 60g pasta, rice , couscous etc tablespoon of humous.
Evening - 30g whey shake , few rice cakes with tbsp peanut butter.
