New gym build

Some new pics of the gym i am building. Couple more months and it should be complete!

    Looks good.

    Body Weight - 83kg 
    Bench - 145kg
    Squat - 190kg
    Clean & Jerk - 129kg

    Yeah its for personal use only - 6mtr x 3mtr
    Im putting in the stuff from the conservatory - squat rack, dip station, preacher bench, 5 - 45kg dumbbells, olympic weights and a punch bag! Also going to put a fridge in.
    Getting the rafters on this weekend and the waterproof membrane!

    So far its around £1400. Should come in just under £2000 (hopefully!)
    I've done it all on my own so there has been zero labour cost.
    All the gym gear cost just over £2000 so in all it will be around £4000. Luckily my wife just leaves me to it!!

    Nah planning permission is required when you go over 30mtr square and hit 3 mtrs in height. I have stayed under both! As its more than 5mtrs away from the house its not classed as an extension either.
    I am a qualified sparky and thats it - just learnt the rest over the years!
