New here (food plan)

Hi every one I'm new here and fairly new to training. I want to get into training and to change my life style i have been looking alover the internet for food plans for daily use and​ with gym work outs and it's all about confusing to be honest any help in what meal plan. To follow through out the days would be very helpful thank you

    You'll probably get more replies if you post in the diet section mate, and try and give a little more info about yourself, goals etc.
