New meal please comment

Hi im cutting and have started eating this as my last meal

3 eggs only half a yoke
1 chicken breast
spinache watercress and rocket (handfull)

Make and omlette

I cant see any problem with this as i dont have any carbs with my last meal?

What you guys think?

    some people like to have cottage cheese before going to bed as its a slow releasing protein source.

    If you leave the yolks in - use 3 whole eggs that would

    be better IMO...

    Fats will slow down the absorption of the protein

    Hi sorry i didnt explain properly this is my dinner (meal 5)!!

    Just before bed i have casien shake!

    Cheers for the responces guys I take it this is a good meal then!
