New member looking advice
I have just signed up and was hoping you guys could answer some of my questions that I may be posting over the coming weeks.
Firstly I was wondering if any of you have ever suffered the odd day in the gym with nauseousness.
Every now and then when I hit the gym in the morning.I feel nauseous and slight headaches.I was wondering if this happens to you and if so,What if anything can be done to overcome it as it does effect the workout.Could it be down to eating.I normally eat some oats an hour before the gym and take one scoop of protein with 5grms of creatine a half hour before I start,any advice would be greatly appreciated Thx
Just make sure you're well hydrated too.
