New recipe Tuna

Put a can of tuna in brine drained into a bowl mix it with a fork so the tuna breaks into little falkes.
Add a tsp of mint jelly and a tsp of mint sauce.
Then add a tbsp of fat free greek yogurt give it a stir.
You can eat it in bread or tortias with salad give it a go tell us what you think cheers.

    wot amount of protein/carbs/fat is in this meal? (grams)

    Hello mate,
    On white bread you will get about 4 gramms of protein and about 18 gramms of carbs slice. About 30-35gramms of protein from the tuna and 5 gramms from the yogurt, With the mint sauce this 15-20 gramms of carbs which are mainly sugers.
    Protein.48-50 gramms
    carbs.50-56 gramms
    fat.3-5 gramms
