Looks ok mate, though im not a big lover of upright rows, might do shrugs instead.

Might put the above in on the chest day instead too.

What type of sets/reps are you going to do?

    Thanks for the replys guys,

I forgot to mention before I have cheshire cat to thank for the split,he suggested it to someone on another thread (thanks m8 ). The only thing i added to it was the .................upright rows lol; I will change to the shrug.

Set wise I have been doing 3 x 10 on my full body workout. On my split i plan to do 3 x8 and increase the weight slightly apart from the deadlifts, still playing it safe with deadlifts as I only started them 3 weeks ago and i have been prone to a bad back in the past, so I keep it quite low and maintain form.

One more thing I have a rowing machine which I use occasionally for cardio purposes on the lowest setting.
Do you think I should use it on my one of my split days on the highest resistant as I workout at home and was thinking it might be good if I did say 5/10 mins on highest setting on one of my split days.

    thanks

was just looking at ur routine and when deadlifting you should lift weight up to shrug at same time , 2 in 1
