New to Casein

How come casein is so much more then whey concentrate, also what casein protein do you guys use and where from? what makes you buy what you do...e.g. price, quality, reputation.

Your info is always greatly appreciated!

I'm guessing casein is slighlty dearer to produce, considering whey is a by-product of the cheese making process. People use casein for its properties above all else. Its a particularly slow digesting protein making it very useful pre-bed, it also works out much cheaper than other whole food slow digesting proteins like steak.
