6 Ft get up to at least 85 k eat **** loads train hard intense but not too long less is more principle, always good form over heavy weights ( ie don't half squat 100k do full squats on 50k better in long run
Centre your training around
CHEST flat, or incline bench and don't underestimate dips for chest
BACK. Deadlifts Rows chin ups
SHOULDERS Barbell Presses don't forget anterior and lateral movements
LEGS full arse to grass Back squats
BICEPS obviously curls but try close grip under arm pull ups, they worked well for me
TRICEPS dips, dips and more dips when you can do 15 try weighted dips, if you cant do any initially do standing push down, overhead and close grip bench I like doing it on a smith machine
bodyweight 70k lifts in comp snatch 132.5k cl+jk 160k
78k lifts in training sn 145k cl+Jk 170
front squat ATG 185k x1
