I'm new to HGH so hopefully someone else will chime in with info too.
Doses and protocol are dependant on your goals. I.E bulk: before bed or after training, Fat loss: AM. not sure how much of this is bro science though.
I'm currently doing 2.5iu am and the same pm. but I've ramped that up over the duration of the course. started on 1 iu am and pm 1.5 etc. This way you avoid sides like joint pain & CTS.
In terms of brands there are some good generics out there but they are also heavily faked.
as this is my first dip into HGH I've gone the Hyge black tops route. I'll give that a 6 month blast and after decide if it is worth the extra dosh to go pharma.
IMO the older you are the more beneficial HGH is. if I was in my 20's I wouldn't even consider it unless it was at silly doses and I was prepping for a show or made money from this game.
