New to the site and looking for advice

I have done a couple of cycles in the past eighteen months and am looking to step up to something a bit more hardcore for my next cycle. I am looking for a good oral/inject cycle. Any advice would be most welcome.

Are there any members in NW London that I could hook up with for a bit of advice?

You've provided very little information to go on.

Current weight? Diet? How long you been training? PCT? Goals? etc

Can't really chuck names out there without knowing some background....

I'm 6ft and 15 stone and have been training for about 5 years and have done two cycles in the last eighteen months. My goal is to bulk up.

I have done one cycle with just oral Oxy's and another with Oxy's and injected nandralone. I haven't done PCT properly before but I have got a high protien diet sorted. I am working out 5 times a week.

You haven't done a PCT properly before?....I'm going to tell you what any other knowledgeable person on here would say. Research into that first before considering another cycle.

Thanks Ryzo, I have had a good read about PCT and feel pretty silly for not knowing about it as it seems vital. Oh well, we have to start somewhere I suppose, but I want to make sure I do everything properly next time. I train on my own and I don't have any mates that are into training so don't have anyone that I can get any advice from regarding all this. I was simply getting what little advice I got from a supplier when I did my last two cycles and it appears that it was poor advice. He's vanished now so I will have plenty of time to read up on all this until I find a new source!
Thanks for your help anyway and if you don't mind I might ask you a few more questions at some point as you seem to know what you are talking about.

No worries mate, I didn't want to seem harsh but some other forums will give you a much harder time. Like you said, we all have to start somewhere and a lot of people go straight on steroids or prohormones without considering a decent PCT, then, before you know it - you're stuck with gyno, or permanent damage.

Mates aren't the only way to get information dude....you're using the best resource already. The internet. I researched PH and Steroid use for a good 3 years before even going near the stuff. Don't rush into it. Sure, you may make some gains now but you'll hinder future chances, and, at a guess, I'll say you're not getting the most out of your cycles.

Please do research, for your own sake. It's YOUR body. Don't just go on what one person says.

I wish you the best of luck and if you do need advice, then sure, ask away. I'm by no means an expert, but there are A LOT of guys on here who know there stuff, they're gurus. This is an awesome resource for everything bodybuilding.

Lastly, still curious to see your diet. 'High Protein' alone wont cut it. You need a sizeable amount of calories, decent carb sources and decent protein sources. Anyone can knock back protein shakes but they wont get anywhere. Again, another reason why I reckon you're not getting much from your previous cycles. More is not always better, especially with such harsh substances.

I am aware that I will need more than just protein shakes. What I do is graze throughout the day with a good mixture of carbs and protein. I will have a couple of shakes a day with toast and omelette's for breakfast lean chicken and pasta during that day and biltong snacks and more lean meat and vegetables post work out. If there is anything else I can do, please let me know as I want to maximize my next cycle.

I have been thinking about Test E if I can get my hands on some, but am not sure what to stack it with. Would Nolvadex work as a PCT with this?

Not sure if you use your MSN address for mail? I did mail you as that might be quicker than posts on here.

Post you're diet like this mate:

    8am - 6 eggs
    10am - 2 tins tuna and 4slices brown bread

    etc..

So we can see what your eating in a day.

Stop asking about what drug to take and sort your diet first otherwise you could take every drug on the sun and only gain a bit of fat/water!

Diet goes something like this today

8 AM: 4 eggs, two slices of brown toast and a protein shake
10 AM: A banana and a packet of beef biltong and a glass of water
12PM: Four small chicken yakatori kebabs, a portion of salmon sashimi and a glass of water
2PM: A handful of nuts a glass of water
5PM:Two chicken breasts, a portion of brown rice and steamed vegetables
Before bed a protein shake and a glass of water

Rep, I was told they weren't large doses, and it was some supplier from Wales who gave me what turns out to be poor advice (he has since vanished). I want to make sure that I get all the right information to do this properly next time as I realise that there could be serious health consequences if I don't take care of myself.

If you're after mass, please address your diet before even considering any kind of enhancers.

It has some of the main components, but you're lacking overall. Not enough carbs, protein or calories. You're 15 stone and 5ft 6 and, at a guess, not even hitting the daily requirement of 2.5k calories, let alone the amount need for mass gain. In all fairness, these things are the basics.

So many people bust their arse down the gym, every day, take gear and see NO results. Why? Diet. Pure and simple.

    I am 6ft.

So all it is simply the amounts? I just need to increase the amount I am eating? When I did my last cycle I upped the amount I was eating quite considerably and I did get some very good gains, which lead me to believe I knew what I was doing!

Sorry, I meant 6ft, for some reason - I put my height instead (I'm a short arse).

You will put on weight with gear, whether it's water or muscle, doesn't mean you've got your diet nailed. It's all about consistency. Gear can heavily increase appetite too, if you come off , lose your appetite again and your diet goes back to being poor; will you keep your gains? Probably not.

You need to address your diet first and foremost. Figure out your macros. Protein, carbs, fats, etc and adjust accordingly. See the diet area on the forums.

If you ate considerably more on you're last cycle and gained well why have you reduced the amount to what my Mum would eat in a day?

Head over to the diet section of the site mate, plenty of help and advice there if you post up your entire diet and stats. I'd recommend sorting this before you cycle again; if only to save some money.
