New to this scene, need some help.
I am new to this whole body building scene (just 'started' yesterday), and I need some guidance.
I am a very skinny person, not well built I would say, and I am trying to get bigger. I have been eating alot more food lately, things with alot of calories. I usually just pick things at random and eat them, even if I am not hungry (I know, that's bad). Chicken is a favorite of mine. I have a very limited amount of weights (2 5 pounders, and 2 15 pounders (I think thats 2 kilos and 7 kilos)), and can't go to a gym. I have been doing alot of pushups and curls, and some lifting with the weights. One problem I have is that I cant possibly work out for more than maybe 15 minutes. I'll be able to do maybe 7-10 push ups, then a few curls, and then I attempt to use the weights for the remainder of the time (probably 10 minutes or so). I feel the 'burn' as it's called, and then after a few more attempts at lifting or pushing back up, I just cannot physically do it. One question I have is: Will I still pack on muscle even if I can't do long and strenuous excercises? I also hope that I am not eating too much.
Here is a 'typical' schedule for me (Please remember, I am new to building, and I have very little knowledge of what I am doing most of the time)
8:00AM-9:30AM Wake up, do as many push ups as possible, eat some cereal with low fat milk (more than a normal amount)
9:30AM-10:00AM Try to work out as long as I can, until it is physically impossible, then rest, then start again, this goes on until 10:00
10:00AM-11:00AM Rest, eat some high calorie foods, about 10 chicken nuggets and a few bananas, maybe a peanut butter sandwich with 3 slices of bread.
11:00AM-11:30AM Do the same routine workout, crunches and pushups as long as I can, then weights again.
11:30AM-12:30PM Eat some food, chicken or pizza, have a glass of milk, eat vitamin c pill
12:30PM-1:30PM Rest, watch TV, possibly throw 5-10 push ups in during that time
1:30PM-3:00PM Rest, eat a banana or two, drink lots of water, browse the net
3:00PM-5:00PM Rest, with lots of excercising every 30-40 minutes
5:00PM-8:00PM Eat small meals, and excercise
8:00PM-10:00PM Rest, try to excercise, then sleep at 10:00PM until morning.

As of now, this is day 2 of my 'routine'. Maybe I should have waited a few more weeks to post this?
