New with osteoporosis advice pls
Would love some help.
I used to play ice hockey and be in good shape. Gym 5 times a week ECT then
I lost 3 stone 9 years ago when I came down with something called celiac where I can't eat wheat or gluten. My diet is restricted and healthy so it's hard for me to out weight on
I'm 31 5'9 and 10 ish stone. I'm finding it hard to put weight on and increase it.
I also have osteoporosis and anabolics are not recommended as doc says it can thin my bones.
I've heard there are a steroid that helps my bones.
I really want to out a stone on or so as I'm fed up of being skinny and my questions are
1, what would you guys recommend. Something light like dbol.
2, diet my calorie intake isn't the highest.
3, any other advise you think is worth while would be much appreciated
