New with osteoporosis advice pls

Hi all
Would love some help.

I used to play ice hockey and be in good shape. Gym 5 times a week ECT then

I lost 3 stone 9 years ago when I came down with something called celiac where I can't eat wheat or gluten. My diet is restricted and healthy so it's hard for me to out weight on

I'm 31 5'9 and 10 ish stone. I'm finding it hard to put weight on and increase it.
I also have osteoporosis and anabolics are not recommended as doc says it can thin my bones.

I've heard there are a steroid that helps my bones.
I really want to out a stone on or so as I'm fed up of being skinny and my questions are

1, what would you guys recommend. Something light like dbol.
2, diet my calorie intake isn't the highest.
3, any other advise you think is worth while would be much appreciated

Thanks again

Ant.

Been given some tablets by the doctor which is supposed to help prevent osteoporosis. Not sure if it helps when you actually have it though:

Vitamin D3 and Calcium

Got 2 brands - Accrete D3 and Adcal-D3. Maybe ask your doctor about it?

1) Dbol is not "light"
2) Anabolic steroids generally increase bone mass, not the other way around
3) There's no gluten in rice, potatoes, meat, eggs or fish, what's the problem?

If you can't gain weight then you probably won't gain much with steroids either. Everyone can gain weight, they just have to eat more, steroids just make it so that more of that weight is lean mass and less fat.

First learn how to eat, then think about steroids. Boil a dozen eggs every day before bed to eat over the next day between meals, get some of those various nuts from Aldi, it's like a little over a quid for some 1000 calories worth of almonds, you can eat that in 10 minutes while watching TV. Get to it.

My neice is a Ceilic and gluten intolerance runs in my family. As Uriel has suggested there a lots of calorie dense foods that you can consume. Being diagnosed as gluten intollerant or Ceilic shouldn't be a life changing moment. Dont be that guy who ends up living off corn and salad due to a lack of imagination.

Also IIRC anavar was used as treatment for osteoporosis?

I'm celiac and TRT levels of testosterone increase bone density and mineral uptake and stop osteoporosis

Exercise is a potent treatment for osteoporosis.
Steroids increase bone mass. The combo of the two work wonders.
Gain weight by eating more. You essentially can't eat wheat. So? I generally don't but I still pound loads of food. Wheat sucks. No food made of wheat is on my desire list.
Well maybe a cake every once in a while. But past that. Nope.
