Newbee but an Oldy

First post on here here for about 6 years. Good to see some of the same charactures still going strong. Anyway back into training after a 3 year layoff due to the dredded lower back pain. Too much heavy training sessions back in the day. Resulted in Prolapsed T4 and T5. Anyway im 49 now but still think im 21. Yell i can still ride a skate board. Lol. Was doing gear for years and my last course lasted 2 years...blast and cruze on mainly tri test amongs other things, but test was the one that was always in for the 2 years. Now though, im quietly confident that my test levels are at rock bottom as well they should be. But after 3 years i would have thought my levels would have kicked back in. The usual tiredness, bad moods, no goals, putting on weight etc etc. Ive read alot on you guys going to the docs to get test level reports but then seems a massive farce to actually get a decent TRT on the NHS. So what im thinking is as im 49, had my kids etc, is to go on Test E or Sus for the rest of my life just a .5 or a ml a week to keep my mind in check and get me motivated again in the gym. Been back training now for 6 weeks.

Whats your valued thoughts.

Ps dont guys train legs no more. 🤣

    Hi mate.
Can't advise on steroids, test etc but at 49 years old do you need it? What are your goals now? Good luck with your training though. :) P.S. I still train legs.
    Great username btw :)
