Newbie Question Re: Creatine
Hi Guys, 1st post, so please dont crush my with your big arms.
I used to train a few years ago. but fell into the trap of, Women and Alcohol. Then followed by lazyness and injury i've not done any proper weight training for about 10 years.
But i'm back, and the whole thing is daunting me.
My supplement question though is, I've recently bought and started taking Maximuscle Creatamax 8000GL, (bought before i started reading this forum) and I have a question about the loading period of it, Ive read the Creatine Article (http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-creatine.asp) and its very good, but i have a product specific question.
The instructions on the product say to load taking 4 servings of 35g per day.
But from what i've read people seem to suggest just 5grams per day, but i'm unsure if this relates to specific manufacturers.
Can anyone tell me if this loading period sounds about right? And also whether it is a Mono or Cee (What does CEE mean?)
My next choice will be some creatine from myprotein
