Newbie at Fat Burners

I would like to start using fat burners to trim up for my hols in a few months. A mate of mine recomended using ECA 30 Plus.

What do you guys think? will that be ok for what i want to do? where is good and cheap for products? My mate said he gets his from eca30plus.co.uk, has anyone else shopped there before?

Cheers guys.

My advice is get your diet sorted first.

Think of a rubbish bin.  If you empty it every day (burn fat) but fill it with twice as much (eating ****e) the bin will still overflow.

Before you even look at, no even think about drugs get your diet and cardio in order.

If your at the gym cardioing 5 days a week for 45 mins at aroun 80% max HR and your diet is sorted post it up so we can check it over.

If your just looking at ECA as a short cut your wasting your time.  It will speed your metabolism up by around 5% and that isnt enough to combat a kebab diet.

Think of a rubbish bin but a on 5% bigger this time (to allow for the ECA).  If you empty it every day (burn fat) but fill it with twice as much (eating ****e) the bin will STILL overflow.

Hope this helps.  Drugs are the last option

    Hey Kitty,

Exercise gets in the way of the Playstation so you can kill two birds with one stone these days.  Play on the PS3 and pop ECA like its going out of fashion.  Absolutely no need for any degree of work never mind hard apparently.

Alot of new people are so misinformed they think people with good physiques just took some magic pill.  A sad state of current western affairs.
