My advice is get your diet sorted first.
Think of a rubbish bin. If you empty it every day (burn fat) but fill it with twice as much (eating ****e) the bin will still overflow.
Before you even look at, no even think about drugs get your diet and cardio in order.
If your at the gym cardioing 5 days a week for 45 mins at aroun 80% max HR and your diet is sorted post it up so we can check it over.
If your just looking at ECA as a short cut your wasting your time. It will speed your metabolism up by around 5% and that isnt enough to combat a kebab diet.
