Newbie to keeping stats

I have been training off and on for a bot two years but want to start a journal, any suggestoins or anyone wih templates that I an print out?

Im currently 19 5'10, 160 lbs, max bench of 220. Estimating around 6 or 7% bodyfat.

    The simplesy way is just to note down either on daily or weekly basis how things are going. Start by stating your goals, then just regularly update us on diet, training etc.

    There are a few journals here which can give you an idea of what to include... Look at Big Les' (Seungmena) for a decent example.
