Next Routine

I'm currently on 5x5, when I decide it's tired me out and I need 1/2 weeks rest, I'm coming back with a new routine.

Please tell me what you think, because there are always flaws not visible to your own eye.

Tuesday
barbell bicep curls
neck harness work
squats
ivanko grip work

Friday
flat barbell bench press
dips
standing military press
ivanko grip work

Sunday
d/b rows
wide grip chins
deadlifts
ivanko gripper

-OPINIONS ON WHERE TO PUT THIS DAY?
yoga (warm up)
one legged squat (with a weighted vest when I'm stable)
boxing-

It's more or less what I usually do but I want to change round my days and see how the fatigue/recovery differs.

I also want to add one legged squats to see if this helps my stability when close to the floor.

I've added yoga back because when I did it, it made me more flexible. Only to once a week though, as I found if I did it every workout I got less effect from it.

My grip routine isn't great but first I want to seal my introduction by managing to close the Ivanko gripper on it's hardest stage before I move onto the harder stuff.

I also wanted to put power cleans/turkish get-ups into my routine, but if I add anything else to my workouts I don't think I'll be able to manage them. Opinions here too please?

Please feel free to make suggestions, as that's what I need before I'm ready to change. I don't feel this is the full article yet.

Exercise selection basically seems ok, but squats and deadlifts should, IMO, be done at the very begining of a workout.

The exercises that come last in my routine are always my most important lifts. If I did my most important lifts first I wouldn't have enough left in me for the others. Sounds strange they're last but that way they are my priority lifts.

I think you should try it. If on Tuesday I did squats first, my neck & biceps wouldn't get worked out properly because I need to sit for 15 mins straight after doing them

If on Friday I did my priority work first (shoulder) then my chest would trail behind.

If I did deadlifts on Sunday first I'd get the same as I would from squats.

I suppose it's just a different way of training.

Considering I know from your posts I've followed you're more advanced you'll know more, so I'll take it into account, try it for a few weeks and see how I get on.

Can you please make further comments on my routine in areas apart from this please.

It's been taken on board so no need to carry on.
